Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of milk
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of butter or oil
Optional fillings (such as cheese, vegetables, or ham)
Instructions:
Crack the eggs: Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
Add milk and seasonings: Add the milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs and whisk until well combined.
Preheat the pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add the butter or oil and let it melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
Pour in the egg mixture: Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook undisturbed for about 1 minute.
Add fillings (optional): If you're adding fillings to your omelet, sprinkle them evenly over the top of the eggs.
Fold the omelet: Use a spatula to carefully fold one side of the omelet over the filling. Then, slide the omelet onto a plate, folded side down.
Serve and enjoy: Your omelet is now ready to be served. You can garnish it with additional salt, pepper, or herbs, if desired.
Note: If you prefer your omelet fully cooked, you can flip the omelet and cook it for an additional 30 seconds on the other side before folding it.
